ADDITIONAL ANNUAL FEES

Preschool Learners

(Current learners and new enrolments)

 

Annual Stationery

(including communication book):

  • R1,800 per learner
  • Billed once annually
  • Payable with January school fees

 

Primary School & High School

Compulsory Frontline Branded Diary Levy:

  • R200 per learner
  • Due in January 2027

 

Grade 12 Learners

Examination Fee:

  • R11,880
  • Payable in full by 30 April 2027
  • Not included in tuition fees

SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT TERMS

  • School fees are payable monthly in advance.
  • Fees are due on or before the 3rd day of each month.
  • The first payment is due on 3 January 2027.
  • School fees are billed over 12 months (January to December).

Early Settlement Discounts

Families who choose to pay the full year's tuition in advance qualify for the following discounts:

Please note: Only one discount category may be applied per family or learner. The highest applicable discount will be granted.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISCOUNTS:

All discounts are conditional upon accounts remaining up to date.

Should an account become more than 30 days in arrears, all discounts will automatically be forfeited and the full applicable school fees will become payable. Discounts may only be reinstated at the discretion of the school once the account has been brought fully up to date.

  • Annual class photos

  • Aftercare services
  • Additional leadership, development and enrichment programmes
  • Private tutoring
  • Services provided by external professionals
  • Equipment and supplies for special projects or experiments
  • Other ad hoc expenses where applicable
  • Professional assessments or consultations where recommended by the school

 

High School Specific

  • Laptops, computers or other required hardware
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Software licences and subscriptions

 

Preschool Specific

  • Formula milk or cow's milk for bottle-fed babies
  • Bottles and feeding accessories
  • Nappies, wet wipes and bum cream
  • Comfort items such as pillows or soft toys

FRONTLINE AFTERCARE CENTRE

Our Aftercare Centre is available to Primary School and High School learners.

 

Aftercare Fees

  • R1,600 per learner per month
  • Includes a meal and snack

 

Operating Hours

  • Monday to Friday 13:30 – 17:30

 

Payment Terms

  • Payable monthly in advance
  • Due on or before the 3rd of each month
  • January to November 2027
  • A separate Aftercare Application Form and Contract must be completed for enrolment.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL

  • One full term's written notice is required when withdrawing a learner.
  • Notice must be submitted on the first day of the new term. Failing this, fees in lieu of notice for the following term will be charged.
